Sometimes its just not possible to find that perfect balance of objectivity and emotion within yourself when working in rescue; thats why a TEAM is so important. I work with a cohesive team of women all dedicated and passionate about the work we do with our communitys dogs and cats in need. The blend of personalities, capabilities, perspectives, opinions and skills really makes us great together. We each have our specialty niche and role within the organization and each of us brings something unique to the table. When decisions need to be made - the hard decisions, sometimes - we have each other to lean on, vent to and talk it out.
