Sorry for the coming rant but I just cant help myself. Tucson Police Dept. you suck at basic service! I get that you are understaffed, underfunded and overworked but you seem to have enough resources to drive your cruisers through the park and harass homeless folks or stop teens for just walking down the street. Why dont you have the resource to return calls or take a police report without making us feel like we are the criminals for doing the right thing. I know you will probably be there for us in a true emergency but maybe we could avoid some of those emergencies if you could follow up on some of the non-emergency reports in a timely manner. Im just saying......
