Minnie is an attractive small girl, healthy looking and well nourished. She seems to have had her share of litters. She wears a perfect tiger orange brindle coat that sparkles in the sun, greeting the incoming fall and celebrations to come She seems to like other dogs, even the little ones. She is happy to see staff and other volunteers. Her demeanor is so engaging. Minnie can sit on command and for treats. She comes right away when called. She sits nicely, tucked very tightly against my legs for caresses or simply jumps, uninvited with all 4 on my lap for hugs and kisses. Minnie is very affectionate, she is not hiding her feelings… Minnie was no backyard dog. She was cared for and most likely loved…just yesterday. Why oh why is she with us now? Minnie would make a lovely companion, a charming confidante to the person who will unveil her inner and outer beauty, believe in a happy future together and take her home as his or her forever best friend.
