The Yamas & Niyamas: “It is the times of hopeless desperation that shape and mold us into someone of depth. It is the darkest times of pain, loss, and confusion that weave something profound in us.” While I know this to be true but sometimes I just want to scream! In the midst of heartache and pain – physical or otherwise – words of wisdom don’t always soothe the soul or solve the problems. There is a process – a natural progression of things - things happen in our lives and we have to dig deep and find the resolve inside ourselves to forge ahead – there is no alternative. Once you get to this place inside yourself there is no turning back – once you accept where you are in this life – that’s when your life starts to change. The art of acceptance is not always a form of agreement or understanding – it is simply a state of mind that allows you to move forward with a sense of purpose and determination. Whatever your situation – you got this. You are stronger than you could ever imagine. I don’t know much, but I know that!
