Thought for the day… To all my regular followers, I apologise for sounding like a broken record… But it frustrates me that many people are still under the illusion that carbs, sugar, toxins, gluten, fat, even cardio (for goodness sake, really) can all make you gain weight… The only thing that makes you gain weight is… A chronic surplus of energy aka eating more than your body burns over a long duration… The quicker you come to terms with this, the better! So if you are frustrated with your progress and want to lose weight, dont miss the forrest for the trees. Undoubtedly food quality is important, but ultimately it is calories/macronutrients that dictate your body composition, period… So instead of always focusing on what you are eating, pay more attention to how much you eat… Lipogenesis (synthesis of fat) can still occur even if you only eat uber clean foods...
