Today’s WOD @ moderate intensity: 4 rounds of 30 seconds continuous work / 30 seconds of recovery, in circuit format: 1. 60 Jump Lunge 2. 14 Kettlebell Bridge Press (32kgx2) 3. 18 Box Jump-Over 4. 8 Ring Lawnmower Extension 5. 10 Clubbell Order Squat (45lbs) 6. 70 Mountain Climber (Elapsed time: 24 minutes) During 30 sec recovery: breath recovery and discussions on biochemistry of sleep, magnesium for preventing cramps and tightness, calcium for muscle recovery / growth, and potassium absorption.
