URGENT HIRING @ LUCENA CITY QUEZON PROVINCE TECHNICAL LEAD OFFICER / MANAGER You are responsible for establishing a company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, according to its strategic direction and growth objectives. Establishing technical standards and ensuring adherence is an additional responsibility. You are required often to supervise software testing, and information systems security and maintenance. You will also lead the organizations in anticipating and reacting to major technology changes. You are required to develop technology contingency plans to keep projects on track. Your Job Scope 1.Minimum of 3 year experience in years as an IT executive with increasingly responsible IT technical and managerial roles (both preferred) 2.Expert in Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, grounded in pragmatism and reality, yet ambitiously focused on next generation innovative approaches that enable speed-to-market and on-demand scalability 3.A strong team- and customer-focused Business Technology leader with a demonstrated ability to manage a significant technology operations function in a complex, global business environment; 4.Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization’s resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of software development, office networks and computers, and telecommunications. 5.Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
