CrossFit Games Open Workout 14.2 3 min. to complete 2 rounds of • 10 overhead squats (95/65) • 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups 3 min. to complete 2 rounds of • 12 overhead squats (95/65) • 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups 3 min. to complete 2 rounds of • 14 overhead squats (95/65) • 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups etc. etc. - all 2 rounds must be completed within 3 minutes prior to advancing to the next 3 minute interval Intermediate - same format except: • rep scheme will begin at 8s • overhead squats will be performed at 45/35 • pull-ups will be performed with light green+blue bands Novice - same format except: • rep scheme will begin at 6s • overhead squats will be performed with a PVC pipe • pull-ups will be performed with dark green+blue bands
