He propose: 1. Production and / or distribution and publicity communist symbols, including souvenir, promotion of communist ideology - shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term with confiscation of property or without it. 2. The actions specified in paragraph one of this article, if committed by a person who is a representative government, or repeated, or an organized group, or using media - punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with confiscation of property or without it. By this law any village, town, city, any media and any company must to delete during 6 months all symbols of Communist ideology. They must to change name of streets too and other titles too. Because big part of property was built in the time of USSR, it have Soviet/Communist symbolic. Ukrainian puppet regime sure that it is vital for Ukrainian economy.
