At heart, the band just want to write Beach Boys style hymnals, but what comes out feels more like a distorted, bracing view of Dinosaur Jr or The Jesus And Mary Chain. - Clash Sunday Best signed Winchester trio Wild Smiles have already clocked up radio plays from Zane Lowe, John Kennedy, Jo Good, Radcliffe & Maconie, Huw Stephens, Lauren Lavern and Steve Lamacq whilst winning plaudits left right and centre.
