WERE HIRING! The Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Inc. (ARL) is currently seeking a full time Customer Care Supervisor. This position is responsible for training and supervision of the desk staff at all of the ARL locations. The ideal candidate would have prior supervisory and management experience, strong customer service background, have strong communication skills, be efficient and able to multi task, be able to work well with others and be well organized and high energy. This supervisory position does include some hands on working at the desks. This position is Sunday-Thursday (with Friday/Saturday off). Experience with word and outlook is needed.
