We are celebrating Marthas 25 years of service at Taco Box. Four of her children and one grand child have also worked for us through the years. Martha, Walter and I are the only three original employees left. When we first bought Taco Box, we ran the day crew with four employees. Martha and another cook were in the kitchen and two cashiers. Since then, we have evolved and she now rolls our delicious tequitas full time. She now has a shiny stainless steel table and a bar stool compared with the small wood table she used for many years before our first remodel. A lot has changed, we no longer shred our own lettuce and cheese, mix our frijoles in a Hobart bowl or make our Salsa in a household blender. It takes a lot of Salsa to keep up with Marthas rolling. We are very appreciative of her years of service and dedication to our business. When you see the light on early in the morning at Taco Box, Martha is hard at work rolling tequitas for our many loyal customers. Thank you Martha!
