Week 2/day 10 of #beastmodebeatifuls #NoEquipNeeded challenge from @kparker718. Single leg squat touchdowns. 1. Stand on one leg with your feet pointed straight ahead 2. Squat down by bending the hip and knee 3. As you squat, reach the opposite hand toward the balance foot Keep standing foot pointing straight ahead with knee tracking over 2nd toe. Keep abs tight by pulling belly button to spine. I do these in bare feet or socks to really challenge my balance and sometimes I also stand on turf or carpet. You can increase the intensity by holding a dumbbell in your hand that is touching down.
