good afternoon happy lamberts shoppers!!!!!!!! A big hello to Vicky Trusselle - yes the bacon bones are smoked and they are awesome - great flavour. An a big hello to Natasha - I have actually made the apple and passionfruit sauce before, just like your home made apple sauce with a touch of savory to it(garlic,onion,pepper,stock etc,) then just strain your fresh passionfruit to get the seeds out or keep them in if you like it that way. Add enough to get the passionfruit taste you require and im sure you are going to love it. hope you all give it a go -awesome - especially with pork belly with yummy crackling. Also make sure you try the boiled peanuts - very very very nice. And you all know that you cant go past a roast chook. Our smoked chickens are very tender and juicy - my favourte way to eat them is - smoked chicken flesh, thin sliced apple, thin sliced celery and a bit of dijon mustard mixed with mayo. on biscuits or fresh crunchy rolls - give it a go and let us here at lamberts know what you think :-) cheers Keep Smiling Lamberts Team
