i am kin. i am not in nv. several posts look to somebody answering questions about the Bundy and their rights to grass. i do not speak for of directly about and i will not entertain the free for all mindless questions. We live under something called a republican government. now define that word in dictionaries of the period to arrive at a meaning. generally that word means that the primary reference or power of government is in a constitution. primary to that constitution is the act which legally enabled that constitution. which is the declaration of independence. which sets forth basic rights of humans. and labels them as absolute rights those being by definition. life, liberty, and ownership of property. rights are those things that you dont pay for but your possessions. the general rule of thumb is if you dont own it you pay a fee, and for non payment that thing is taken from you. allodial land is a ownership of land not taxable. no longer U.S. property this deed of ownership can pass down the generations. mineral rights are another, grassland rights are, water rights are all allodial in nature. i have not seen the deeds and titles and i would not think they would produce them. further if the general public actually understood how little of their property they actually own, and how little effort it would take to own it. their would be a civil war to demand repatriations from the government for its abuse and greed. their are many books on this subject of constitution and rights. read them and stop criticizing until you actually know something worth talking about.
