to all my friends on FB that are dog lovers I have a neighbor that moved in about 3 weeks ago directly behind me. his yard is fenced in and they have been gone since Fri. leaving their dog outside all day and night in this heat without anyone coming over to take care of it. what should I say or do when these idiots get home. this poor thing has been pacing back and forth and my other neighbor tried to give it some water but it just keeps looking at the door waiting for its owner to get home.let me here what you guys have to say about this it is 91 degrees today :(
