woke up with my classic gluten symptoms.... even though im pretty sure I didnt eat gluten!! Confused!!! going to look up boars head roast beef... had that but I thought boars head was gluten free!! But I get the Brain fog where its like I feel like I can barely open my eyes and I drift in and out of sleep! its so weird!!! anyone else get that?? know what its from??... now im thinking it might not be from gluten?
