Back from our holiday of a lifetime, South Africa. This included, Swaziland and Kwa Zulu Natal. Brilliant Country and absolutely fantastic people. Moran Travel of Louth made all the arrangements and it all ran smoothly. ILIOS were the company that took us around, Lutendo was the guide, passionate about his country and very knowledgeable about the history. Temba was the driver. One of the most unflapable people I have ever met. The driving was as smooth as silk. But of course, the people we were with helped things go with a swing. Flew there by KLM and they really looked after us. Humberside International to Amsterdam, 45 minutes. Amsterdam to Johanesburg 10 hours 50 minutes. Flying back from Durban to Johanesburg by BA 1 hour. KLM to Amsterdam 10 hours 50 minutes. Amsterdam to Humberside International 45 minutes. We had to wait for various aircraft of course. But we filled in the time having a good look around the various places. We left Durban at 1755 yesterday and arrived home at about 6 tonight. We are already planning a return trip next year. Even Mrs D., really enjoyed herself, getting a bit of a tan and dancing with the locals. :) :) :)
