Day 15. #everybodyyogachallenge Todays pose is Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana). As @emilyloupe pointed out, this pose is not easy for people whose femurs naturally internally rotate, however, my femurs externally rotate and I love this pose. ❤️ Even still, I always use at least a folded blanket under my hips. And if I know Im going to be holding the pose for a while, I put small bolsters or a couple of folder blankets under my knees. With the right props, this pose is a lovely opportunity to release tension in my hips and lengthen in my spine while sitting. Now its your turn!
