Great inside and outside thigh workout. ✨Start with your feet in pilates V. ✨Step out to the side keeping the supporting leg straight. ✨Make sure you keep the toes turned out, knees over type toes and bottom tucked under. ✨Push back to the starting position by driving your foot into the ground rather than using your body. ✨Squeeze the inner thighs together as your heels touch. ✨Do 8 bringing the heels together, then 8 bringing the toe to the knee. Repeat as many times as you can.
