Every since the night of Aug. 24th, 2014 when The Man, The Myth, The Legend, The Peoples Champ Dave Darland broke Tom Bigelows USAC National Sprint Car All Time Win Record with #53 at Kokomo Speedway, the RW Motorsports Team has been thinking about a way to not only honor our Midget Driver and friend Dave Darland but also his loyal legion of fans. This is how we decided to do that. For the 2015 Chili Bowl, RW Motorsports will be entering the #17 RW/Curb-Agajanian/Stealth-Spike with Dave at the controls as a Fan Appreciation Car. Fans will have the chance to get their names on the hood of the car and also have a chance at winning the racing gloves that Dave wear during this event. RW Motorsports and Dave want to make sure that ALL fans that want to be, can be a part of this special event. We have came up with a tier system that will ensure that EVERY FAN who donates to this cause will recieve something out of it other than knowing that they helped the Peoples Champ race at the prestigious Chili Bowl Nationals. Here are the different levels at which you the fans can be involved in this: Gold Level: Any Fan that donates at least $150 will get their name on the full size hood graphic that will be on the car for this event. Gold Level Fans will also be entered into a drawing to win the Autographed Racing Gloves that Dave will be wearing during this event. Fans at this level will also recieve a Autographed Limited Edition Rich Forman Photos 8x10 Racing Art Photo of Dave with the car. Silver Level: Any Fan that donates at least $100 will get their name on the full size hood graphic and the Autographed Limited Edition Rich Forman Photos 8x10 Racing Art Photo of Dave with the car. Bronze Level: Any Fan that donates under $100 will recieve the Autographed Limited Edition Rich Forman Photos 8x10 Racing Art Photo of Dave with the car as well as be included in all social media posts and press releases for this car and event by RW Motorsports. The money gnerated by this Fan Appreciation Program will be divided as follows: 1- Cover the costs of all the merchandise to be given away with this program. 2- The profit will be split 50/50 and spent as follows: A: USAC Benevolent Foundation / Charlie DeanLeffler Education Fund. B: Used in house at RW for the car Dave will be in at the 2015 Chili Bowl as well as equpipment to provide better content to the RW Fans. RW Motorsports is also looking for Primary and Associate Sponsor/Partners for this event as well as the 2015 season with Dave and the #17 RW/Curb-Agajanian/Spike Midget.
