I know its late notice but I am just getting back up to speed after attending Burning Man and having my heart ripped open and my body completely dusted. I love what I do herding a bunch of cats through Black Rock City but its hard on my body and soul to return back to the life of a modern city person after all of the adventures and travails of the desert. Tonight I return to the studio at Laughing Frog Yoga to teach again. Tonight the beginners/foundational class resumes after a 2 week hiatus. Acro With Jon, Eve Modens, and I will be exploring much to do about thrones on feet and thrones on hands. Its gonna be fun and challenging as we will be doing a bit of stuff you ordinarily wouldnt be doing in a beginners class. In fact tonight we will introduce 3 person poses to the novice in a way which should be fun and educational and safe. This starts at 7:30PM at 12217 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 205, Los Angeles, California I will be posting up a proper event soon. Following this at 9:15PM Eric Mamuzich will be coming into the studio to help lead us in an exploration of a machine from Philly and some concepts helpful to the intermediate advanced practitioner. As many of you recall Eric blessed us with his presence for several months last year on the green. He has gone on to do some serious work and training back east and is here for a week to share some of what he has learned. This should be lots of fun and very challenging. It is my hope some of you will come by. Once again sorry about the late notice. But decom has been difficult.
