If you are starting a new exercise class this week, don’t be put if you don’t enjoy it. You often need to try a few classes & instructors and find a good fit for you. I teach Pilates and my class is quite chilled and relaxing, which is great if that’s what you are looking for. However, if you want a more dynamic class it probably wouldn’t suit you! So be clear on what it is you are looking for. The time you workout at is also important especially for intensive workouts as you want to make sure you have fuelled yourself it so you don’t run out of gas half way though. Getting into a routine is half the battle when starting a new exercise class. Find something that works for you and keep doing it! ~ Samantha
