If you favor an all powerful top down authoritarian government todays Hobbly Lobby ruling was probably discouraging. Just take heart, the justices did not throw out the entire ACA. The court wants to keep the government in its most powerful role ever and will rule to preserve the rights of the government ultimately. This was not a major win for conservatives since the only thing that really happened was the rights of some religious organizations were imputed to closely held corporations with religious beliefs. Nothing was truly over turned.
