But I bet itll make you thank every person who posts an ice bucket challenge from here on out. #ALS gets very little recognition. Before watching this video, I had no idea that only 30,000 people have ALS in the United States right now. That means this much attention is both unprecedented and incredibly helpful. Even the challenges that leave out a call to action, even the ones that seem narcissistic, even the ones that dont seem to have much point at all -- they all serve as reminders. Googling ice bucket challenge works well enough. Every single video is giving ALS patients hope. And thats pretty worthwhile.
