Need thoughts and opinions from experience please. my mortgage has gotten behind 6 months due to not working for 5 months. so i applied for a loan mod... after month or so of waiting to hear back.. they say im approved on a trial mortgage assistance for 3 months.. with a payment that is more than my mortgage was per month... then after this trial i may be approved for a loan mod.. or i may not... is this normal.. rhen if im approved they will add all my behind payment to my loan... including other charges ect.... idk.. sounds wierd
