OK all my computer friends ( Marcie, Gary, and whoever else), I need help with CJs laptop. Its Windows Vista and when he tries to log on, it gives him user profil service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. Error. I looked it up microsoft and it seems like an easy fix. But I cannot get it to log into safe mode. I get the screen, it loads files, I get the big cursor then it reboots asking for password again. Can anyone walk me (or him) through it and/or take a look at it for him?
