Part 2 Continued....talked to the head of the Road Dept....very nice...he informed me that the Post Office required the delivery people to put the mail in the box. They are required to get off the truck and hand deliver it to the mail box when a car has the box blocked. He had this issue before and he had spoke to the Post Master himself in the past...BUT...he has sent me to the Post Office to talk to the route manager and if I dont get satisfaction there....I am to call him back...to be continued...lol
