So.....this is why I think myonlineyardsign/ is SO vital RIGHT NOW. This home isnt listed by my brokerage, so I dont have a vested interest in this particular case, but it still gives me the sads that this popular website states that this property is listed by Zillow (and please note that this is not a Zillow attack by any means...there are Zillions (see what I did there?) of IDX syndication sites out there...this is just the post that I happened to come across WHILE I was testing out myonlineyardsign) Actually...its not listed by Zillow, obviously, nor does Zillow claim to have a stake in the listing (or ANY listing). But, how would the consumer know that, and how far would they have to dig to find the actual listing agent, or any verified, educated, updated information? TOO FAR, IMO. I am really looking forward to seeing if MLSs will allow branded property photos to alleviate the confusion that the consumer surely experiences on IDX-syndication sites...which then spread to popular sites like these. What do you think? Will you push your MLS to allow branded photos, which will then be pushed to syndication sites?
