As I sit and read the comments from different news sources concerning the protests going on across the nation, it saddens me that we live amongst people that still dont understand that Mr. Eric Garner was MURDERED!! He was not resisting arrest at all. But because of course hes black and may have had felonies, its ok to unlawfully put someone in a BANNED chokehold causing his demise. We have watched the video numerous times and the facts still remain the same. HE WAS MURDERED without any indictment because he sold loosies, in which one should be give a citation, NOT KILLED!!! So my stance is this, if you murder someone UNARMED and NOT resisting arrest, you should be indicted!! I could careless about the color of your skin!! Living amongst some of you makes me sick to my stomache!!
