As the Bible would put it, Im striving for Masteries. So far what Ive found is that Routine is quint essential to hard work. Routine entails all these things: #Exercise(its in the Bible) #Diet (Every Culture had its own diet, which one is the best is debatable) 3) cooking home cooked meals. You cant be eating that restaurant junk, itll make you depressed, even If I were as Rich as I hope to be Ill still humbly cook for myself. #Sleep, I used to have insomnia, but after awhile it went away. Six and a half hours sleep daily. No more maybe less. #Cleanliness, its extremely important to keep a pristine dwelling. Angels dont like B.O. and other nauseating cents, demons do, Angels like Sweet Smelling Aromas with a kept dwelling. #Hygene, I wont go into details, but Im almost pristine about it. #Chores, at my current residency there are tasks to be done. #Work, its a matter of Spiritual Discipline. #Prayer, Got to be Spiritual. Prayers are the Power of God. #Studying, always got to figure that into a days work. Its pivotal that I keep myself sharp. #Vacations, so as not to burn myself out, I take a break every 3 weeks for a week. Its rejuvenating. The Sabbath, Im a Stock Exchange Sabbath, which means I take the weekends off to rest and not burn myself out. #Family, got to keep the Family close. Lastly, #quitting smoking. Thats the prerogative right now.
