Operations Manager *KWD 850-1500*** Responsible to Souq’s warehousing systems and process and the lead person charged with coordinating teams support of online product deals, merchandising strategies, operations, and warehouse development. 2. Inbound Supervisor *KWD 350- 400* Responsible to plan and organize receiving items. In- charge to direct and control in operating the procedures of the Inbound Division as per the work –flow process of the company 3. Operations Dispatcher *KWD 350-375* - Responsible for scheduling drivers and organizing the daily dispatch and collection of all goods from all available suppliers. 4. Fulfillment Associate*KWD 300- 320* - Responsible to pick customer orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine, pack and ship orders, and troubleshoot problems to resolution. B. Logistics 1. Logistics Dispatcher *KWD 300* - Responsible to receive and sort shipment, schedule and dispatch workers, equipment, or service vehicles for conveyance of packages. 2. Customer Service Agent (Arab National) *KWD 275 -350* - To perform the duties of finding initiated to be delivered by buyers through Souq backend tools. To answer call requests to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. C. Category Retail and Marketplace 1. Sales Inventory and Planning Manager*KWD 750 to KWD 1,000* Responsible for sales inventory and planning, to oversee multiple deals and coordinate best timelines for launch of each deal. 2. Category Manager *750 to KWD 850*- Responsible to source of brands, build and maintain client relationships with retail suppliers for Fashion Category (Preferred: Female Arab Applicant) 3. Business Development Manager – Marketplace Division (Health and Beauty) *KWD 400-550* To research, identify, engage and set up meeting with prospective Marketplace sellers under marketplace health and beauty category that includes small merchants as well as power retailers / brands / products to be sold through the Souq website. (Preferred: Female Arab Applicant) D. Accounting and Finance 1. Financial Analyst *KWD 500- 850 * Responsible to support exciting new initiatives which improve customer experience and financial performance through new and innovative delivery program, lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for last mile operations, and ensure planning deadlines are maintained, perform risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan, present ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to senior management 2. Accountant *KWD 350- 500 * Min. Requirement: o Accounting Degree o 2 years’ experience in Accounting filed (preferable Retail Co) o Have good Knowledge with accounting System ERP o Have Good Knowledge with accounting cycle( Record-post to ledger account-manage and reconcile vendor balance) E. HR and Administration 1. HR and Administrative Officer *KWD 500 to KWD 750* Qualifications: min. 3-5 years experienced in Kuwait, highly experienced in legal and admin process of Kuwait Labour Law, recruitment, training, building HR policies and payroll, Arab national 2. Legal and Administrative Manager *KWD 500-750*Qualifications* Min. of 5 years experienced in Kuwait in similar position, expert in Kuwait Labour and Commercial Law 3.
