From now on the Tuesday session will be a regular session, and no longer a separate intermediate session. To compensate for this, as those of you who have attended yoga in the previous weeks may have noticed, Ive raised the level of the regular sessions by adding more challenging poses, but also demonstrating some less demanding variations. This seemed like a good compromise to accommodate people with different background and ambitions.
