High Protein Chili: 2 pounds of ground lean turkey (93% lean) 1 onion 1 green pepper 1/2 Cayenne Pepper 1 can of crushed tomatoes (or make from scratch by cutting tomatoes into small pieces) 1/2 cup of chili powder (add more to satisfy personal flavor) 2 cans of kidney beans 1/2 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon of sea salt Dash of pepper 1/2 box of 100% whole grain noodles Brown ground turkey while sautéing onions and peppers (cut into small pieces). Once browned, combine turkey, and remaining items into crock pot with 7 cups of water. Let simmer over night and add whole grain noodles 45 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
