I absolutely love journaling. Its an incredible tool for expanding your mind and chronicling the incredible moments of your life. You can look back years from now and see your mind develop over time. You can see where you were at in your life and compare it to where you are now. Many people lack direction if life, the dont know where theyre going and they definitely dont know where theyre coming from. Theyre drifters through life, a journal allows you to record snapshots along the way of life, it allows you to access memories that could have otherwise gone dormant and it sparks your imagination to life every time you reread it. The very process of writing activates your biology and creates more neural pathways in the brain then typing it or just reading something. I also have adopted the habit of writing with blue ink pens, which is thought to leave a more vivd imprint in your brain and absorb better in to the subconscious. Journaling is magic, language is magic, freedom is in the details. Go be free my friends.
