I created this video to share a little of what Thai Bodywork (also called Thai Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork) can look like, and what it can mean not only in our own body as the giver or receiver, but in our life, and the greater experience of life on this planet. For partners, family, and friends, this means opening the lines of communication between you, easing tensions in the relationship, quicker access to understanding because once you get this sharing in the body, it shows up in real time relationship. For bodyworkers (even if/especially if you practice another modality) this means better body mechanics and a deeper understanding of your own alignment, so less strain on your body and less drain on your energy. This means you can see more clients, help more people, and end up feeling like you and bodywork done yourself (because you did!)
