Imagine being able to ride any NJ Transit bus or train for FREE just by swiping your Rutgers ID. New York City, Philadelphia, and the whole State of New Jersey would be more accessible than ever before! Im proposing that Rutgers creates its own U-Pass Program that would allow students, staff, and faculty to do just that. So far the petition has 2,600 supporters and counting...
