Introducing A-FIT 90 days Challenge. I have created a simple plan to help you achieve your best body in 90 days or less. Every participant will have; Weigh ins (Every other week) Picture taken (Beginning and at the end of the 12 weeks) Nutrition plan for the 12 weeks Supplement recommendation Cardio modification Constant motivation The goal of this challenge is to simply get you RESULTS Follow your levels Level 1: Weight loss ( You will fit here if you need to lose 30lbs or more) Level 2: Lean and Tone (You will fit here if you need to lose 15- 30lb) Level 3: Get Ripped ( Need to get as lean as possible 12 weeks more advanced training, Bodybuilders, figure, physique, Bikini or pre-season for some sport. 5-15lbs weight loss . (Participants in this phase don’t really care about losing weight their goal is to get bodyfat% as low as possible How do I register?
