#MUSTDoAGAIN! I got this idea and method from John Solak, I just added BACON, and marinaded the chicken in hot sauce for 3 days! Thx John very tasty! Grilled Spicy Chicken Sandwiches Mixed some Mad Hunky Chicken Wang seasoning to some flour. I marinaded my chicken in Hot sauce for 3 days and instead of eggs for a wash I used Franks Red Hot sauce . Dredged some boneless chicken thighs into the flour mixture, hot sauce, and then the flour again. Grilled the chicken indirect. on low at around 350 temp. Made a sandwich with mayo, mustard, lettuce, bacon, pepper jack cheese. It was very tasty! The only difference is I marinaded in hot sauce for 3 days and added Bacon!
