Money Or My Girlfriend, Which Should I Choose? I’m in a dilemma and I’m confused on what to do. I have a girlfriend who I love so much but she’s mounting pressure on me to propose to her but I’m not ready to settle down yet. We are age mates. Surprising I got I got a call from a man who apparently is my girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend who travelled to America seven years ago. He’s back and he offered me a sum of N500, 000 to leave my girlfriend alone. He wants to marry her and although she told him she’s in a relationship and can’t leave me, he still believes once I’m out of the pictures she can have a change of heart and decide to marry him. I really like my girlfriend but N500, 000 is a lot of money, I’m tempted to take it, especially since I am not ready to settle down. If I take it would that make me a bad person? I want my girlfriend to be happy and getting married would make her happy, so I would be doing her a favor by letting her go I think.
