OPERA COMPANY AUDITIONS - Hampshire & Birmingham UK OPERA COMPANY - Hampshire AUDITION 1st December and Birmingham AUDITION 8th of December We are currently auditioning top quality graduates for a production of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. This will be performed by a small cast, with the majority of principle roles singing chorus sections. This project will be run on a profit share basis. The performance will be directed and produced by Joe Paxton. Rehearsals for this production will be in January and February 2014. The performances will tour Burgess Hill, Brighton, Hampshire and Birmingham on the week of the 10th February 2014. Roles being casted Dido – Soprano. Belinda – Soprano.
