Residents in several southwest counties asked to conserve water due to power outage. "The Southwest Water Authority would like to inform all customers served by the Southwest Pipeline Project; this includes the counties of: Golden Valley, Billings, Dunn, Oliver, Morton, Grant, Adams, Bowman, Slope, Hettinger, Stark and Mercer. Due to power outages, we are asking customers to conserve water and turn off all non-essential water sources. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These water conservation measures will remain in effect until further notice."
