Sinn Fein support Irish water Sinn Fein SUPPORT THE PRIVATISATION OF OUR WATER SUPPLY Did Sinn Fein even bother to attend the Oireachtas meeting and read or listen to the Engineers report ?????? The truth not Sinn Fein spin , same as Labour, FF/ FG spin Our domestic water supply is 16% of the entire supply of water in Ireland. If we meter the entire domestic water network of Ireland we will save 6% of the domestic water supply, which is only 1% of the entire water supply. Sinn Fein has either not done its homework , or it is misleading the country like FG, Labour, FF and RTE. Why??????? Irish water proposed it would cost 500 million to meter every house , the joke is that actually means 1 billion (the truth)......1 billion before any water is saved and that water will only be 1% of our entire supply .....we spend 1 billion to save 1%....genius. We could instead adopt the Danish model, turn our toilets to grey water for far less of an initial cost..... We would save 12% not 1% or even better still we could fix the leaks with the 1 billion euro The leaks are after all responsible for 38% waste So spend 1 billion save 1% and still leak 38% or fix leaks and turn toilets to grey water.... Sinn Fein can get stuffed , coming this late into the debate with lies and distortion of facts.
