The Harding Ice Field trail can be hiked within a day (7 hours) and the trail leads along Exit Glacier to the so-called Harding Ice Field near Seward, Alaska, in the Kenai Fjords National Park. The hike is quite strenuous, but the views over the huge ice field are awarding. Additionally, there is a great chance to see black bears, marmots and mountain goat along the way.
