The feedback on the session changes has been GREAT...Thank You to each of you that has made a comment or spoke with a coach!!! We are still working on the changes and what they will look like and will have them to everyone as quick as possible. We are wanting to pursue both the Strength Session (which will be named Barbell Club) & a Conditioning Session. Our hopes are to start both of these sessions July 8th. With both sessions being 4 week programs: Barbell Club will meet 4 times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 6PM & Sat @ 9AM). The cost for the 4 week program will be $35 and can be added onto any CrossFit membership. Conditioning will meet 2 times a week (Tue/Thur @ 6PM). The cost of the 4 week program will be $17 and can be added onto any CrossFit membership. If you are unable to make it to one of these prescribed sessions you will be required to touch base with a coach so that you can make up the session in Skillz & Drillz at some point during the week. However, before we put these sessions on the schedule we must make sure they are full (10 athletes in each session)...if we can not fill them then we will utilize these times for something else. This means that if your interested send us a message text/facebook/twitter/instagram/snapchat/email /phone & of course if none of that is your style then just get with a coach. The plan is to have these sessions filled and ready to go by July 8th so that they can be added to the updated calendar, so please do not delay in letting us know if you are interested.
