There was a lot of drama at a Shelby County Commission meeting this morning when ousted commissioner Henri Brooks showed up and even voted twice. The county attorney removed Brooks from her seat Tuesday after determining she did not live in her district. Brooks said she did not recognize the decision and other commissioners agreed. Eventually her votes were declared invalid and the majority of commissioners voted to declare her seat vacant.
