We at the Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari led Niger Delta People Salvation Front (NDPSF) do issue this public statement stating that the ongoing acts of terrorism by the Boko Haram insurgents within the territorial boundaries of the Nigerian Union is a clear testing grounds for a full scale attack and capture of Abuja and attempts to ensure that there are no elections in 2015.It is a determined prelude to full scale war on the Nigerian Union. For us at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front (NDPSF) the present day Boko Haram group is a masqueraded international terrorist organization well oiled by the Northern Nigerian elites mostly converged in the All Progressive Congress (APC) to wage war against the Nigerian Union just because a Southerner Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is the President of the Nigerian Union. Indeed,the attempted jail break at the headquarters of the State Security Service (SSS) in Abuja and the mindless gruesome multiple murders of innocent persons from across the Nigerian Union through bomb explosion at Nyanya, an Abuja Satellite town appears to be advanced test case of both their infantry and guerrilla capacity to engage a full scale attack and capture of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The present state of affairs in the Nigerian Union calls for increased surveillance and intelligence as well the security consciousness by men of the Nigerian Forces and by every responsible individual and organization. We therefore as a responsible organization cannot sit down and watch the mindless murders of our own brothers and sisters by agents of the Northern elite. We wish to state that the present pattern of insurgency shows that the attacks will continue to be perpetuated in the North of Nigeria with everyone as target of attack, be you from the North or from the South.This attack pattern is strategically deliberate as it a decoy to show that no one divide be it north or south is been specifically singled out or targeted for attacks,this is aimed at generating collective hatred and discontent amongst the people against the present government with the intent of making the government seem incapable of providing security and protecting the people,hoping to spark a masses revolt using the instrumentality of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to drive a constant blackmail at the government. Also with many southerners now increasingly been murdered by the Boko Haram insurgents there appear a clear determination to provoke the south to carrying out reprisal attacks in the south and should such reprisals takes place in the south, Northerners and their interest in the south may be mainly targeted. Sadly, if the people of south gullible fall for this booby trap of these agents of chaotic disorder, the south would have monumentally helped in energizing the necessary grounds for a full scale onslaught against the south and the whole of the Nigerian union, the ensuing cross conflagration would defiantly make the Nigeria Union desolate and ungovernable for President Goodluck Jonathan as the Northern elites have long desired and declared. We wish to further alert that these insurgents have perfected the act of targeting vulnerable areas where security watch would naturally be at its ebb and difficult to manage.Let it be noted that their attacks may increase at the Motor Parks, places of worship, bars and gardens, schools and market places and even heavy traffics. Their use of once innocent commoners like herdsmen in our bushes,hunters with dogs, yam hawkers, suya sellers,nail cutters, mai guards,beggars and even persons on religious apparel like women on hijab to carry out surveillance, intelligence and attack may also increase across the country and not surprisingly they have made serious in roads into the Niger Delta and even the whole of the South. The dubious call for grazing reserves across Nigeria by the Northern elites is very strategic to their expansionist pursuit and we must all stand up to resist it now. We use this medium to call for increased security beef up at the venue and around the environ of the ongoing national conference and increased security protection for members of the National Conference, there should be more security consciousness by the delegates as they go in and out of the conference premises everyday.This alert has become highly imperative as any successful attack on any delegate or delegates around the environ and even the premises of the conference will be highly disastrous. We call for increase security at and around all the airports in Nigeria especially the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja,it is very sad that vehicles still go in and out without proper check and her parked indiscriminately, these are the lacuna that gives rise to the insurgent successful attacks. Also highly populated areas especially at night with little or no security watch should be paid more attention, areas like Lagos street, Garki,Jabi Park amongst many other places across Abuja and the North of Nigeria.We also wish to call on increased consciousness in states like Kwara and Kogi especially the Kogi state capital of Lokoja and Okene as these satanic agents may want to move to areas where no strong security watch with high population of travelers and closer to the south.We must all put on our intelligence cap to avoid another civil war. We call on our traditional rulers and community leaders to urgently take clear and decisive security action on the Northern herdsmen, hunters with dogs, yam hawkers amongst others who are daily invading our communities maiming and killing our people, we call on the transport unions to work out better security measures for the motor parks, hawkers should no longer be ignored as harmless,there is need for increased scrutiny as the situation calls for all to be involved in the business of security. Finally, we call on the people of southern Nigeria to be more security conscious and alert. We call for caution asking them to be willing and ready to exercise more restraint, we urge them not to engage in any acts of reprisal should there be attacks on our people living up the North as this is what the elitist North is desperately looking for to pull down the Nigerian Union under Dr. Goodluck Jonathans watch just because he is a southerner.
