Whats going on with the Caja , thats why it is now like it is , BROKE . TRAVEL STORE Cedula Juricica # 3-102-290599 owed by RAY HAGIST my exboss owes more than 10 million colones to them, I went to complain because the THIEF takes out of my pocket over 100 dollars each month ,the 9% of my salary and DONT PAY THEM and they have done just nothing .He did that to me for over 5 years . I want to know what is going to happen with these employer worker fees for my pension , probably I am going to receive 60 000 colones for pension instead of 100 000 and work for 5 more years because of this .THEY HAVE NOT FIXED ANYTHING , nobody cares a damn , this man is a foreing , not national he can escape anytime . Then HE FIRED ME , deducting that the bussiness is broke , the true is that the Caja charge him for an emergency surgery I had on October 2013 becase he was MOROSO like always . He just dont care taking me out of the Caja and close the planilla , even nowing that I almost die and need my Caja services for at least one more year . Thats not all he has NOT PAY ME a Dollar of my Auxilio de Cesantia or liquidation for over 10 years of serving him as an HONEST EMPLOYEE , telling me he dont have money . The rare thing is that the TRAVEL STORE and RAY HAGIST STILL ON BUSSINESS and making money . My question is , where are the laws that protects the employees form this kind of people , how long he is going to keep doing this to all of us , I just want to know , WHEN THIS IS GOING TO STOP :.......
