Win cmd question. I normally use redirect > to a .txt file but I had come across | clip today; something I honestly didnt know about: ipconfig /all | clip && notepad Which copies to the clipboard and opens notepad from the command line. Now Im just curious as to if there is a way to append to the clipboard from the command line, without using a 3rd party tool or PowerShell, via clip.exe ?? ^g [control+g] is the shortcut to append.. but can it be done from the command line??? Or should I just not bother and go with something like: sourceforge.net/projects/unxutils/ ~Win32 port of some Unix commands
