Wednesday This Saturday will be one of the last weekends Cheyne & Miriam Hyde are in the box before leaving for Qld so well throw on a Wod for them. It would be great to get everyone in. A little hint on the type of Wod is that Cheyne loves endurance workouts with lots of running so Im sure it wont be pretty! a. Max power: Hang power snatch (above knee) Every 2mins for 20mins: Start with an empty barbell and perform 3 reps. Increase load each set till you reach your max. Focus on punching fast under the bar. b. WOD: AMRAP 12mins: 6 T2B 9 push press 50/35kg 12 deadlifts 50/35kg Set a pace and try to hold it throughout. Low reps and weight so push the lactic threshold hard towards the end! c. Shoulders/upper back: 5 sets: 10 KB bent over reverse flys 10 KB strict press Rest 1min between sets youtu.be/AjuDPH-MGuM
